TISUK’s Policy on Hearsay for Regulations/Training Requirements/Complaints /Assessments
Any decision or conversation with a member of TISUK staff, regarding an important issue in your training, must be attained from that member of staff in writing. This is so that you and TISUK avoid scenarios of confusion and disappointment. To clarify with examples: TISUK will never pay heed to verbal hearsay or reports of verbal agreements such as;
“Tutor Y told me that I do not need to fulfil course criteria x “
"Tutor Y said I don't need to do more than one week’s work based learning”
“Tutor x said I should have got a higher mark”
